Devon Heating Services Ltd Complaints Procedure

We’re really sorry you’re not happy, we want to sort things out for you quickly.

At Devon Heating Services every one of our customers is important to us, we want to resolve your complaint as fairly and swiftly as possible. We will deal with your complaint promptly and effectively in a positive manner.

We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 5 working days Devon Heating Services will initially contact you either by telephone or email to discuss your complaint and agree to a plan to resolve the issue within 14 days if not sooner.

If we are unable to provide you with a final response within 14 days we may extend this to a timeframe of 8 weeks, if after this time we are still unable to provide you with a final response, we will write to you explaining our reasons and advise you of a date when you can expect a final response.

If more than 8 weeks have passed from the date of your complaint and you still have not received a final response, or you are dissatisfied with the final response you have received at any stage of the process, you have the right to contact the relevant OMBUDSMAN Service,

Financial Ombudsman

The Ombudsman offers free, independent advice where the customer and business cannot reach a final resolution.

You must refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudman within 6 months of the date on the final response.

Outstanding work

From the outset the level of service provided by Devon Heating Services has been exceptional. On the day of fitting both Ben H and Tom where professional from the outset and carried out a first-rate conversion from my old system to the new. Couldn’t fault their work in anyway (the attention to detail was top draw), both are a true credit to Devon Heating.

Excellent from start to finish

Devon Heating were excellent from start to finish. Matt was very helpful in explaining our options and arranging the purchase and installation. Steve, who installed our boiler was brilliant, friendly, professional and got on with the job without any fuss. We had a few teething issues, but they were quick to respond when I raised the issues with them, and got somebody out either the same day or the next working day.

If you need a new boiler I would highly recommend using Devon Heating.

Excellent service

Devon Heating delivered excellent service, right from the first call and initial assessment through to the installation. They have installed a new gas boiler system, upgrading our very old faulty oil system. This has massively improved the comfort of our house, and we enjoy every bit about our new system :)
